I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in a lovely village surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service both in the restaurant and throughout my stay. The parking facilities made it easy to bring my car and the location by the forest allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cable car nearby provided easy access to the beautiful Edersee lake. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to suit all tastes.
Nothing not too like.

Hotel is located in a fantastic area, very quiet with fantastic views. Rooms are large and very, very quiet. Broadband was good and worked well, but is expensive and may be should be included in the price. Hotel owners sat with us for drinks in the bar watching Germany play in the world cup, very laid back and relaxing hotel. Food is excellent, no children staying in the hotel was a bonus for us....
Air conditioning would be a bonus, free broadband should be included for the price. One bottle of water was supplied in the room and never replaced when finished. Don't think one bottle a day is too much to ask. Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room. This should be provided at this price.

This hotel is surrounded by a beautiful natural area, with stunning views of the landscape and a cable car nearby. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious, with fresh and local produce. The spa area offers massages, beauty treatments, a swimming pool, saunas, and steam rooms. Parking is available on the premises, and there are plenty of restaurants and services nearby.
Smoking is allowed in the bar area, and the smell can spread throughout the hotel.

The internet connection - I could only connect from the reception, and the pillows, they were too soft.

Very large room, extremely comfy, large choice for breakfast, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of available gear.very conveniently located, very peaceful, great view on the Edersee in my room
A few members of the staff there were particularly unfriendly. I have to say that I encountered the same problem wherever I went in the same area, as if the area's reputation was good enough to take customers for granted.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake, castle, and other attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were especially attentive to our needs as a group of four families with small children. The restaurant on-site was top-notch, and we enjoyed delicious meals every evening. The pool area was also excellent, providing a nice place to relax and unwind.
In short, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and we were impressed by the variety of amenities available.

The spa facilities were the best part of our stay, with a lovely swimming pool and sauna. The view from the hotel was also great as it overlooked a beautiful lake surrounded by forest. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the local area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The overall decor of the hotel seemed quite outdated and in need of some modernization. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding, with limited options.

Great hotel, great service, top-location. Attentive and helpful personnel. Conveniently located, nice view. Clean rooms, kind staff, nice swimming pool. Nice atmosphere, good place to relax. Spacious room, good breakfast choice. Meters away from supermarket and restaurants. Good place for families.
Not one thing.

The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding during a vacation. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing way to cool off on a hot day. The hotel's restaurant had a wide selection of tasty dishes, including local specialties that we enjoyed trying. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The rooms were somewhat outdated, with furniture and decor in need of updating. We also found that the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our trip.
